Development of Rotary Slide-Gate type Servo Valve

چکیده
A control valve is the most heavy and expensive device in pneumatic driving system for a soft mechanism. To realize compact inexpensive system, size, weight, cost of must be reduced. In previous study, small-sized servo that can flow rate using diaphragm gate mechanism, driven by low-cost RC motor, was proposed tested. However, mechanism should adjust relative positions rotating disk to achieve desired characteristics. this decrease assembling time adjusting characteristics, slide-gate opening based on rotational angle cam with slope Evidently, adjustment tested significantly decreases compared valve. Further, characteristics easily changed replacing cam. Herein, construction operating principle valves, analytical models obtaining its result are reported.
